Our Offering:
In the previous section you have seen what we do not offer and as a Self Employed Person or entrepreneur you are and should be very comfortable that ITO does not create opportunities for people that want to be an employee. You have answered yes to the behaviours in the self employed and entrepreneurial columns in the previous section. We are looking for entrepreneurs or self employed consultants ready to make a transition to create wealth through exploiting opportunities in a like minded network.
1. When you join:
We empower you to become a successful ITO unit and to be part of a successful global company. During your first week you will attend a 4 day business orientation session during which you will be orientated into ITO processes. Some examples are to share with you how we create indelible learning experiences for our clients, our 3 Health index's (Business, People and Sustainability), our sales process, the ITO internal business process, to name a few. At the end of the orientation session you will get a branding kit (Business cards, Invoices, Marketing pack).
2. Ongoing:
Since we are an entrepreneurial network you will get access to a constellation of stars with extensive competencies, experience and in geographically diverse areas.
There will be opportunities for you to network nationally and internationally with a variety of disciplines (HR Consultants, Financial, Legal, Investing, Business, etc.), all entrepreneurial in a formal network environment.
ITO has a very strong Research and Development capability to customize and design unique solutions be it processes or training programs. Our learning resources library is quite extensive and provides platforms and templates to speed up design and development work.
ITO offers a brand where quality is inherent, where values and principles are truly lived, where we have sustainable relationships with our network and clients and where we integrate people, planet and prosperity in everything we do.
In ITO our consultants are continuously developing through business coaching.
ITO'ers gets access to a number of existing proccesses like;

The ITO brand gets exposure on national television through its own innovation called ITO Focus Stump Ump.

You're Investment:
R100 000 (ONCE OFF BUY-IN FEE)
R1 300 p/m Business Unit fees
The R3000 per year licensing fee is only payable for four years
An additional 15% on turnover (less cost of sales i.e. supplier & manual printing fees) is payable to ITO FOCUS on a monthly basis (details in contract). The 15 % on turnover is reduced when specific targets are met.
Operating capital for at least 4 to 6 months
All amounts specified in this agreement are exclusive of VAT.
Venue:
A home-based office is more than adequate. Units wishing to operate from office facilities are more than welcome to do so. (There are over 18 Conference and Training/Office Facilities nationwide).
ITO FOCUS units are not restricted to any defined geographical area but may do business anywhere in the world.
