There are many ways in which we manifest diversity and rather than focusing
only on the obvious dichotomies of race and culture, we have developed an
approach which accommodates the full spectrum of human individuality.
It is
easy to stereotype people and believe that outsider groups are more homogenous
than dominant cultures and we use a kaleidoscope methodology which looks at the
range of roles people play both inside and outside their formal organisational roles, in order to help learners understand the depth of the diversity around them.
