Ideally, for effective development, one wishes to engage the full spectrum of learning channels available to people in the knowledge that they need to be personally challenged and socially, intellectually and emotionally involved while learning. Optimal learning is a socially embedded process driven by indelible learning experiences' which engender confidence as well as knowledge and skills.
