Skills Training for 1000 Government Employees
ITO Focus Madibeng has, as part of a consortium, been appointed to deliver skills training to 1000 employees from the North West Provincial Government on levels 9-12. Skills assessments highlighted the training needs and material was developed according to Government's unique specifications.
The program consists of 23 days training; covering finances, soft skills and computer literacy. Pre-tests per module ensure learners are never stuck, and so morale and the effectiveness is maintained at a high standard for all modules.
One of the earliest learners even went on to say," The computer literacy module should be part of the induction process of new government appointees." Stefanie Swart has really excelled, but assures me this is just the beginning and I for one am eagerly anticipating photo's after the official launch next week..
