Sustainable Development
Sustainable leadership is directed internally at the development of a pipeline of leaders at all levels within the organisation and externally at the natural capital
which we rely on to provide the resources which make organisations effective
and profitable.
Sustainability acknowledges that we inhabit a finite world with limited resources and embraces a philosophy which stresses our responsibility
as custodians of the future.
Social justice is integral to our sustainability, since
significant degrees of inequality generally result in the depletion of recourses.
Learning also needs to be sustainable given its primacy in permitting us to compete in a socially conscious manner.
