In line with our learning philosophy we have designed processes which draw from our diversity and from the knowledge which disparate participants bring to our programmes. People are united by the basic emotions which underpin our experiences and although our values may be nuanced in different ways by our cultural practices we share a common framework of feelings which need to be understood and mediated if we are to lead effectively.
By creating memorable learning events one can ensure that what is learnt is recalled with enthusiasm and transferred with excitement back into the work context where it will result in a healthier bottom line.
To this end we have designed leadership journeys which include cultural encounters with hunter-gathers and a sense of the achievements of the African past. We believe people should have the opportunity to interact with one another to expand our choices through enriched expression. We recognise and strive to preserve the richness of our indigenous heritage and to incorporate its wisdom into our practices.
